What is Body Language?

Reading or writing a book, language or verbal communication in general and speaking to somebody is based on a certain grammar and depending on the country, there is a particular grammar.

Body language, on the other hand, has no grammar and is based on feelings. Your feelings are going to have an influence on your body language and it is that specific body language that ensures that you attract certain people or certain situations towards you, or that you push them away from you.

The body can of course be manipulated, but this is again an action that will ultimately result in a negative outcome in the short and/or long run. You can lie in the moment but in the end the truth catches up with everyone.

Knowing that your thinking and feeling has an influence on your Body Language and Your Body Language on your thinking and feeling as well, wouldn’t it be important to pay attention to your peer group of people you surround yourself with, on a daily basis?


Body Language is the conscious and unconscious movements and postures by which attitudes and feelings are communicated.

One thing all of humanity has in common is personal needs. When you can define someones first and second needs by asking open questions, you’ll create and be connected like never before.

We al need the security of housing, food, a job or occupation, holidays, the list is endless. 
To feel trusted, safe, secure, to receive honesty, to be faithful.



The need for variety is also known as the spice of life. The surprises that we look forward to and the ones that we ultimately don't look forward to. Wether we like it or not, they are both part of our human needs and life in general.

When you apply for a job or generate business, getting married, raising children, the need to be loved as a couple or to be connected as business partners we agree that teamwork will eventually make the dream work, isn’t it?



As soon as that goal, dream or achievement is achieved, we get the feeling of victory. Many individuals are happy to receive that hand on the shoulder and a thank you at the same time. When you ask questions in conversations and let the other person speak, you also indirectly give that person a sense of satisfaction, recognition and significance.



Finally we all want to grow and this Blog will definitely fulfill your need to grow, last but not least, sharing is caring. People don’t care how much you know, until they now how much you care. I encourage you to share this knowledge with as much people as you can.
After all, what goes around, comes around.
