What is Body Language?
Reading or writing a book, language or verbal communication in general and speaking to somebody is based on a certain grammar and depending on the country, there is a particular grammar.
Body language, on the other hand, has no grammar and is based on feelings. Your feelings are going to have an influence on your body language and it is that specific body language that ensures that you attract certain people or certain situations towards you, or that you push them away from you.
The body can of course be manipulated, but this is again an action that will ultimately result in a negative outcome in the short and/or long run. You can lie in the moment but in the end the truth catches up with everyone. Knowing that your thinking and feeling has an influence on your Body Language and Your Body Language on your thinking and feeling as well, wouldn’t it be important to pay attention to your peer group of people you surround yourself with, on a daily basis?
Body Language is the conscious and unconscious movements and postures by which attitudes and feelings are communicated.
